Dear Gord Ven Der Earden and Eugene Skoretz, My wife, Josephine Ricafort and I are officially serving you and Chantelle Management Ltd. With our notice to file a lawsuit for: Wrongful termination of Josephine Ricafort.
Withholding RPP company share funds.
Racial discrimination.
Withholding income pay.
Refusing to pay accrued sick pay.
Refusing to pay earned vacation pay.
Defaming wife’s character/blemish free record of 7 +yrs. At Grande Prairie Care Center.
Multiple witnesses will be provided from current and former care giving staff and myself. Defendants are being served will include either you or Eugene Skoretz, Grande Prairie Care Centre Management, Letty Veinot, Erin Murdock, Colette (Kitchen mgr.) Cupe President @ Chantelle Mgmt. (present at Josephine’s lynching for a one time false accusation). Restitution requested from the Crown will include: · Proper and legal termination process. · Full payment of ALL monies, sick pay, vacation pay, and lost time pay. · $1 Million for defamation, humiliation, abusive treatment by mgmt. Pain and suffering. + all legal fees. A full report of the Grande Prairie Care Centre and Chantelle Management will be posted to the Better Business Bureau, Dun & Bradstreet, and every social media platform on-line. FYI .. I have a Supreme Court advisor who is counselling me on how to proceed without a lawyer, but I have one on standby if you choose to be as abusive and criminal as your management staff at the Grande Prairie Care Centre .. The regular, do all the work, dedicated and caring caregivers refer to management as ‘the Monsters’ who hire only unqualified, white friends and family members, while discriminating against the hardest working, fully Registered Filipino staff, many of whom they have already run off.
